If you guys are hungry for 🐔Chicken salad, this is the place to go,,👍,it's delicious and they give you plenty,,,but take a sweater in with you ,, it's super cold in there🐧,,,

Food is great and the Salads are absolutely amazing

Always pleased with their chicken strips and fries. Restaurant is always clean.

So addicted to Zaxbys sauce, and let me tell you, it's incredible. Although Zax Chicken is really addicting, its not for all people. However I haven't found anyone new to the chain who hadn't liked it yet.

Always a pleasant experience!! The manager that usually works around 3pm during the week is AMAZING! He’s always so friendly & always gives great recommendations when it comes to new products. He makes sure you have the freshest food and that your order is correct. The other associates are timely and very efficient. This location is always clean, interior and exterior. No complaints

Chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, buttered Texas toast and zax sauce... what's not to love!! Chicken is really good and seasoned well. Fries are out of this world. The only place that seasons their fries with more than just salt.. and the coke one machine is always a plus.. vanilla Sprite yum!!!

Zaxby's to the rescue! Had horrendous experience at another restaurant and came to Zaxby's so we could at least eat something. Got our food in less than 10 min-there were a few of us. Had a food allergy at the table and they were amazing about it. Will always come back!

Horrible service, cold food, they made my order wrong but did replace it. The cook in the back tried arguing that it wasn't rang up right but it was.

Not bad but not my favorite chicken place. I had a Cobb Salad that was surprisingly large with fresh chopped veggies and topped with grilled chicken. The chicken however tasted old and very similar to the frozen Tyson chicken in the freezer section at the grocery store. Looked great but just tasted a little off.

The dining experience is always the same at any Zaxby's. That is what I like the best - never any unpleasant surprises and an occasional pleasant surprise. Like today... mentioned to the cashier that I prefer my fries piping hot. That's exactly how they came.

Something off with the drink machine. Didn't matter what you got, it was terrible.

They had a nice amount of customers- not too busy, but busy enough that we knew folks generally liked the place. The cashier who took our order was a nice, friendly person, despite my husband's many questions. The dining room was clean. They have one of those drink machines that literally makes any drink- with the touch screen- I had a vanilla Dr Pepper! Food was good and hot. We ordered 10 tenders , onion rings and fried mushrooms to share. Chicken was cooked perfectly, the onion rings were surprisingly light, but the mushrooms were a bit disappointing. The mushrooms tasted like the canned sliced mushroom you can get at the grocery store, fried in a batter that, in the end, just soaked in grease from the fryer. I won't get the mushrooms again, but I will back. Btw- dining in after 5pm gets you free kids meals.

The cashier named Chris does a great job. He is always so friendly and makes sure your food is the way you want it. He is at the Maumelle restaurant.

This is really good comfort food, but the portions to decrease from visit to visit. The food isn't what I'd consider inexpensive so the value is decreasing, and my visits are less frequent.

Food is good, sometimes not as hot as you would like but flavor is always good. Service not so great. The employees there seem to not care enough about giving the best customer service, they hand your food and it's like they're ready for you to leave now! Rude.

Food was not as good as I had expected. The service was great, but we got the Cajun Chicken Club and it was kinda tasteless. I expected it would have a little kick and it just wasn't there.
